Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time:
- Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.
- All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
- The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes up to 5 business days.
Shipping Time:
- This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep after the manufacturer processes the order.
- After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. All orders can be tracked by entering the tracking code included in the shipment confirmation email on the following websites:

- S.F. Express (Only for orders shipped with S.F. Express)
If you do not receive your tracking number, or if you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@silkylush.com. We apologize for any potential shipment delays due to customs clearance/inspection or transportation delays caused by the carrier service.
